We offer,at our facility,an intensive two day hands -on  METAL SHAPING CLASS  teaching the following:                                                                                                                                                                                   *Use of an English wheel and planishing machines.                                                                                                              *The use of sand bags and mallets to speed up the fabrication process.                                                                                *Shaping metal using only basic hand tools.                                                                                                                           *Dent repair and panel smoothing over already fabricated panels.                                                                                     *Proper use of slappers,hammers,and dollies in metal shaping and dent repair.                                                                   *Introduction to many sheet metal tools.                                                                                                                               *Save money by fabricating some of their own home made tools .                                                                                        *Students will do two projects.Day one is an exercise in shape.The second day students will make a small fender using all of our tools.                                                                                                                                                                       *Classes are limited to a maximum of 15 people,with the larger classes having 2 instructors.                                             *There are 4 English wheels,4 planishing machines,and more than ample tools and workspace for these classes.       *Tentative  2010 dates are as follows:  June 19&20, Sept 11&12, Oct 16&17 2010, in Manchester N.H.  ............ *THE COST FOR THE COURSE IS $395.00, PER PERSON WITH A $100.00 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR SPOT.                                                                                                                                                          *PERFORMANCE METAL SHAPING CAN ALSO CUSTOM TAILOR A CLASS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS,WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS AT YOU FACILITY OR OURS
